For over two decades, Steve Katkov has been an attorney, businessman and business advisor to CEOs, entrepreneurs, investors, developers, and real estate professionals.

Steve’s legal experience includes intellectual property, real estate, banking, tax, and general corporate law.

He has participated in several technology and real estate development successes in his career and advises developers and entrepreneurs on a variety of issues and opportunities, often serving as outside general counsel to established and emerging companies.
